We contact professional references provided by teachers to verify their teaching experience and conduct history.
Teachers must declare they have no criminal record or history of misconduct. False declarations result in permanent bans and may be reported to authorities.
Every single teacher application is reviewed by a human administrator. We do not auto-approve any teacher under any circumstances.
Every tutoring session conducted on Edrox is automatically recorded for quality assurance and child safety purposes. These recordings may be reviewed by our safety team if any concerns are raised. Teachers consent to this recording as part of their registration.
Parents can monitor their child's sessions through the parent dashboard. You can see session history, duration, and teacher details.
Receive regular updates on your child's learning progress, including session summaries and teacher feedback.
All communication between teachers and students happens on the Edrox platform where it can be monitored. External contact is prohibited.
If you have any concerns about a teacher or session, report it immediately through the platform. All reports are investigated within 24 hours.
